Refund Policy

This Refund Policy defines the terms and conditions for compensation for proxy server rental services on the mirago.tech website (the "Service").

By making a purchase on our Website, the User agrees to the rules set forth below.

1. Refund Method (Account Balance Only)

1.1. All approved refunds are credited exclusively to the User's internal account (wallet) balance in the Service.

1.2. The Service does not process refunds to external payment systems: bank cards, electronic wallets, cryptocurrency accounts, or any other payment details used for the original payment.

1.3. Funds credited to the internal account balance as a result of a refund may be used by the User at any time to pay for any other services and plans within the Service. Withdrawal of these funds from the system is not possible.

2. Refund Calculation Rules ("Whole Units" Method)

2.1. Refunds are calculated and issued only for whole, completely unused units of service volume (gigabytes).

2.2. Any started (partially consumed) volume of traffic within a single gigabyte is considered fully used and is not eligible for a refund.

2.3. Calculation example: If the User purchased a proxy package with a traffic limit of 2 GB and used 100 MB, this means the first gigabyte was started. In this case, the User may request a refund for only 1 GB (the completely untouched remainder). The cost of the started gigabyte (in which 100 MB was spent) is not compensated or recalculated proportionally.

2.4. The same rule applies to any volumes: if 10 GB were purchased and 1.2 GB was used (the second gigabyte was started) — a refund will be issued for exactly 8 GB of untouched traffic.

3. Cases Where Refunds Are Not Issued

Refunds to the account balance are not issued in the following cases:

3.1. If the User used less than 1 GB of traffic when purchasing a 1 GB package (as there is no whole untouched remainder).

3.2. If access to the proxy servers or the User's account was blocked by the Service Administration for violating the Terms of Service, including but not limited to: spam, carding, fraudulent activities, cyberattacks.

3.3. If the proxy server is technically functional (pingable, passes traffic), but does not suit the User because the target website or service (e.g., a specific social network, bookmaker, or store) has blocked this IP address through its internal security algorithms.

4. Refund Request Procedure

4.1. To process a refund of the unused remainder to the account balance, the User must contact the Service's technical support.

4.2. The request must include:

  • Email or login of the account in the Service.
  • Order number or proxy ID for which the refund is requested.
  • Reason for refusing the services.

4.3. The support team reviews the request and verifies the amount of traffic consumed according to internal logs within 24 hours.

4.4. If whole unused gigabytes are confirmed, the cost recalculation is performed automatically, and the equivalent amount is credited to the User's internal balance.
