Terms of Service

1.1. The Service provides the User with temporary dedicated IP address (proxy server) rental services on a paid basis (the "Services").

1.2. Proxy servers are provided on an "as is" basis. We guarantee the proxy server's own operability (network availability) but do not guarantee that the IP address will be suitable for any specific narrow purpose of the User (e.g., registration on a particular social network), as third-party websites may apply their own blocking algorithms.

2.1. To use the Services, the User must complete the registration process on the Website.

2.2. The User bears full responsibility for the security of their login credentials (username, password) and proxy server access data.

2.3. Any actions performed using the User's account or the proxy servers issued to them are deemed to have been performed by the User themselves.

2.4. It is prohibited to transfer access to the personal account to third parties without the consent of the Service Administration.

The User agrees to use the Services solely for lawful purposes. The following is STRICTLY PROHIBITED when using our proxy servers:

• Spam and mass mailings: Sending any type of spam (email, social network messages, forums, messengers), as well as using programs for automatic spam posting (e.g., XRumer, ZennoPoster for spam purposes).
• Fraud and financial crimes: Carding (using stolen bank cards), phishing, personal data theft, accessing other people's bank accounts.
• Malicious activity: Spreading viruses, trojans, organizing and participating in DDoS attacks, port scanning, brute force (password guessing) of any resources.
• Illegal content: Uploading, viewing, or distributing materials prohibited by international law (child pornography, terrorist propaganda, drug and weapons sales).
• Copyright infringement: Using proxies for illegal downloading or distribution of copyrighted materials.

In the event of detected violations or abuse complaints (from data centers or rights holders), the Service reserves the right to immediately block the User's account and all active proxies without refund.

4.1. The cost of proxy rental is determined by the rates published on the Website. The Service reserves the right to change rates unilaterally; for already paid periods the price remains unchanged.

4.2. Services are provided on a 100% prepayment basis.

5.1. The Service is not liable for any direct or indirect damage, lost profits, or data loss resulting from the use or inability to use the Services.

5.2. The Service is not liable for the blocking of the User's accounts on third-party resources (social networks, exchanges, shops) while using our IP addresses.

5.3. The Service makes every effort to ensure uninterrupted operation; however, brief outages related to server maintenance, upstream provider issues, or force majeure are possible.

6.1. The Agreement takes effect upon User registration on the Website and remains in force for the entire period of Service use.

6.2. The User may at any time cease using the Services by not renewing the proxy rental period.

6.3. The Service reserves the right to unilaterally terminate the Agreement and refuse to provide Services in case of the User's violation of the terms of this Agreement.

7.1. All disputes and disagreements are resolved through negotiations via the Service's technical support.

7.2. The Service reserves the right to amend this Agreement at any time. The updated version is published on the Website. Continued use of the Services after amendments constitutes your acceptance of the new version of the Agreement.
